We are seeking a detail-oriented professional to join our client’s team on a contract basis with the possibility of extension or conversion. This role offers a hybrid schedule based in the Hampton, NH area, with onsite work Monday through Thursday and remote work on Fridays.

Compensation: $19–$22/hr

Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours/week

About the Role:

The position involves supporting a busy operations team with administrative and coordination tasks. This includes working with internal systems, managing scheduling and order-related activities, assisting with invoices and expenses, and serving as a point of contact for vendors. Accuracy, organization, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment are key to success in this role.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Prior administrative or operations support experience
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel required)
  • Experience with Concur required
  • Strong communication skills to collaborate with both internal teams and external partners
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-moving, deadline-driven environment
