Job Description: We’re searching for an Associate Creative Director, Art Director to join our Performance Creative team. Reporting to the Group Creative Director, Performance Creative, you will straddle the line of manager and doer, overseeing teams and pushing the work, while also ideating and creating your own. We’re looking for candidates in the New York or San Francisco areas as some in-office time is to be expected. You will oversee and create conceptual yet performance-driven work, such as paid social, display, email, OLV, and landing pages while satisfying the branding requirements of our clients. You will develop on-brand creative activations rooted in strategy that serve as a framework for bringing art and messaging to life for specific audiences, across channels. You will partner with our teams to create concepts that enhance response strategies and achieve client goals. You will apply audience insights, strategic frameworks, and direct response best practices to your work. You understand unique audiences and creating content that is relevant to each. You will stay current with the latest trends and technologies (e.g., DCO, Content Velocity, Dynamic Video, Modular Content Systems). You will present work both internally and to our clients while building client relationships. Qualifications: Minimum of 5 years of art direction and design experience in creative advertising and performance creative. Bachelor’s degree in Advertising, Marketing, or a related field is required; in lieu of degree, equivalent relevant experience is acceptable. Experience working with the nuances and requirements of writing for Direct Mail, Online Display, Email, Paid Social, and Digital Experiences including video. Candidates in the New York or San Francisco area only, as some in-office time is expected. Working knowledge of web usability/accessibility, advertising technologies, and development methods. Brand development experience. Additional Information: The annual salary range for this position is $94,000 - $152,375. Placement within the salary range is based on relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and other factors permitted by law.
