Salary Based On Experience
Must:
• Be licensed to practice law (Bar in Good Standing);
• Be fluent in Spanish;
• Perform client intake interview and consultations;
• Be knowledgeable in cancellation of removal, asylum, and immigration bonds;
• Attend bond, master, and merits hearings;
• Attend USCIS Interviews for asylum, adjustment of status, and naturalization;
• Visit clients at detention centers and assess eligibility for relieve and immigration benefits;
• Conduct legal analysis to determine the immigration consequences and relief available to criminal offenders;
• Perform legal research and writing for waivers, motions, briefs, and appeals; and
• Possess strong leadership, communication, and writing skills.
