Job Title: Class A CDL Driver (Local Oilfield) - 2 Weeks On / 1 Week Off Location: Midland / Odessa, TX (Local Routes within the Permian Basin)
Employment Type: Full-time, W2 Employee
Schedule: On-Call, 2 Weeks On / 1 Week Off Rotation
Pay: $1,800 - $2,000+ per week (DOE)

What We're Looking For:
  • Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL) for at least 2 years.
  • Current and valid Medical Card.
  • Air Brakes Endorsement (Required).
  • Minimum 2 years of verifiable Class A CDL driving experience.
  • Proven track record of safe driving and adherence to DOT regulations.
  • Ability to work an on-call schedule with a 2-weeks-on/1-week-off rotation.
  • Strong work ethic and ability to work independently.
  • Familiarity with the Midland/Odessa and Permian Basin oilfield is a plus.
  • Ability to perform physical tasks associated with loading/unloading and vehicle inspections.

Responsibilities
What You'll Do:
As a Class A CDL Driver, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient transport of various oilfield equipment and materials (non-hazmat) within the Permian Basin. Your duties will include:
  • Operating Class A commercial vehicles for heavy haul and hotshot trucking services.
  • Safely loading, securing, and unloading equipment and materials.
  • Performing pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety and compliance.
  • Adhering to all DOT regulations, company policies, and safety standards.
  • Maintaining accurate logs and transportation records.
  • Communicating effectively with dispatch and field personnel.
  • Being available for an on-call schedule during your 2-week rotation.
