Job Summary
The Clinic Office Assistant II provides a variety of clerical duties in the physician office setting. Duties include entering patient demographic and insurance information, scheduling appointments, collecting and posting of all payments, charge entry, answering the telephone and other duties as assigned. Knowledge of insurance requirements, practice management system, and electronic medical record. Understands how ICD and CPT coding affects charge posting. Demonstrate customer service and team building skills.

Preferred: 1-2 years of previous medical office experience
