Role Summary

As a CNC Machinist, you will:

  • Set up and operate a variety of machine tools to produce precision parts and instruments.
  • Fabricate, modify, or repair mechanical instruments and parts.
  • Utilize your knowledge of mechanics, mathematics, and machining procedures.

This is a second shift position (Monday through Wednesday and every other Thursday, 12 hours).

Responsibilities & Requirements

  • Operate basic equipment and machines while carrying out routine tasks.
  • Follow established processes for operational tasks.
  • Assist in maintaining and repairing equipment.
  • Adhere to health, safety, and environmental guidelines.
  • Ensure operational compliance with quality standards.
  • Interpret and use precision measuring instruments.
  • Read and interpret blueprints and geometric tolerances.
  • Communicate effectively with team members.
  • Understand and follow company policies and procedures.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Preferred Experience & Skills

  • Strong verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to plan, organize, and prioritize tasks efficiently.
  • Basic knowledge of health and safety practices.
  • 2+ years of machining experience in a manufacturing or repair environment.
  • High School Diploma or GED, with 0-2 years of relevant experience.
