Role Summary

As a CNC Machinist, you will set up and operate various machine tools to produce precision parts and instruments. Your expertise will help fabricate, modify, and repair mechanical instruments, ensuring top-notch quality and adherence to safety standards.

This is a 2nd shift opportunity from Monday to Friday, 4:00 PM to 1:00 AM, with potential overtime.

Your Responsibilities

• Operate CNC Mazak and Haas machines to produce high-quality parts.
• Create and program your own setups, including Mazatrol and G-code.
• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on equipment.
• Follow established operational procedures to ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Read and interpret blueprints and geometric tolerances.
• Engage in effective communication with team members to foster a collaborative work environment.
• Adhere to health, safety, and environmental guidelines.
• Complete other duties as assigned.

What We’re Looking For

• High School Diploma or GED with 3-5 years of relevant experience.
• Proficiency in operating lathes and CNC machines.
• Ability to create and set up your own programs.
• Strong verbal communication skills.
• Experience in a manufacturing or repair environment.
• Knowledge of health and safety practices.
