Customer Service Associate – Invoicing & Order Management
Location: Warsaw, Indiana
Compensation: $37,000–$41,000 annual salary

Overview of the Customer Service Associate role:
• Deliver excellent customer service via phone and email
• Resolve customer issues with professionalism and courtesy
• Follow up on pending orders and missing information
• Generate and distribute customer invoices
• Ensure accuracy of pricing and quantity data in the system
Preferred Qualifications for the Customer Service Associate:
• Minimum 3 years of customer service experience; invoicing experience is a strong plus
• Tech-savvy and quick to learn new systems
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; comfortable making professional outbound calls
• Skilled at building relationships across all levels
• High attention to detail and accuracy
