The Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for driving growth, improving customer engagement, and enhancing our digital marketing strategies across multiple channels. The role will be responsible for website strategy, social media management, digital lead generation, and marketing automation. The individual will play a key role in developing and executing digital marketing initiatives that support our business goals and strengthen our position across the industries we serve. The Digital Marketing Manager will be required to support Duravant Operating Companies’ digital strategies as needed. The individual will also oversee Duravant’s Adobe Marketo instance and will work closely with IT and external consultants to provide Marketo support to users across Duravant. ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES: Website Strategy: • Develop and manage the overall digital strategy for our website, ensuring it aligns with business goals, enhances the user experience, and drives lead generation. • Oversee the content, design, and functionality of the website, working closely with internal teams and external vendors to ensure it is up-to-date and optimized for search engines. • Drive SEO/SEM optimization. • Implement and track performance metrics to continuously improve the website’s effectiveness in capturing and nurturing leads. Social Media Management: • Develop and execute social media strategies across platforms (LinkedIn, X, etc.) to increase brand awareness and drive engagement. • Manage content calendars, create relevant and engaging posts, and collaborate with the sales team to amplify messaging. • Analyze social media performance and refine strategies to maximize ROI. Lead Generation & Marketing Automation: • Drive lead generation through marketing automation, utilizing Marketo to create and manage campaigns that attract, nurture, and convert leads into sales. • Build and optimize lead scoring models, automated workflows, and email campaigns to increase conversion rates. • Develop dashboards and reports; track and measure campaign results; develop attribution models. • Manage administration of Marketo and ensure the successful configuration, implementation, and maintenance of Duravant’s Marketo global instance. On-board newly acquired Operating Companies onto Marketo platform. Be the subject matter expert for Marketo. • Work with IT to continue enhancing system integrations to increase marketing efficiencies and effectiveness. Develop Marketing Stack: • Help design and develop an efficient and effective marketing stack that enhances the overall marketing function, integrating tools and platforms to streamline processes. • Evaluate new marketing technologies and tools to support our digital initiatives and ensure that the Marketing team across Duravant is utilizing best-in-class solutions. • Manage the performance of marketing technology and troubleshoot any issues that arise. Analytics & Reporting: • Regularly track, measure, and report on the effectiveness of digital campaigns and initiatives. Create marketing KPI dashboards, and other reports for executive review • Analyze website and campaign data to provide insights and recommendations for improving performance. • Use data to refine strategies and demonstrate the ROI of marketing efforts. POSITION REQUIREMENTS: • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field. • 5+ years of experience as an administrator of Marketo – “Adobe Certified Professional” certification preferred. Experience with developing and maintaining Marketo integration with salesforce.com CRM. • Strong understanding of digital marketing best practices, including SEO, SEM, and content marketing. • Experience with website strategy and optimization and knowledge of website analytics tools such as Google Analytics, and data analysis. • Proficient in social media marketing, particularly on LinkedIn and other B2B-focused platforms • Experience with content management systems (CMS) and website optimization tools and plugins. • Basic experience with HTML/CSS, JavaScript, PHP (dynamic content & CMS WordPress management). • Understanding of the B2B lead funnel and strategies to optimize lead conversions. • Basic understanding of database management. • Thorough understanding of marketing metrics and analytics, proactive in analyzing performance and making improvements. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to collaborate across departments.
