That is, prospecting, contacting, pitching, and possibly analyzing and closing accounts, but we have a robust methodology for improving outcomes in sales, wherever you are today. The Role of DMS is to identify good businesses, contact the decision maker with regard to digital marketing, and set an appointment to review their current digital marketing strategies and results. At that point the DMS will sit in on the Audit/Review of the digital marketing while the sales manager reviews, pitches, and closes the business-- so long as they qualify as a customer according to our ideal customer profile. With the closing of the sale, so does the DMS' responsibility for the account as it is handed over to our high-quality operations team to communicate and perform for the client; however a piece of the management fee does return to the sales rep in the form of residual income, which is in addition to commissions and bonuses from the sales.
