The Director, Corporate Real Estate Capital Planning and Finance leads a team of financial accountants, analysts and capital plan strategists in the development, management, accounting and reporting of the Corporate Real Estate (CRE) Capital Plan. Plans, evaluates, and prioritizes potential projects as a part of a continuous planning cycle to ensure appropriate investments are made in USAA's Real Estate Portfolio. Performs in an advisory capacity to operational business leaders on matters pertaining to business initiatives or strategies. Ensures alignment with CRE and USAA strategic objectives and provides comprehensive oversight of all efforts. Serves as a subject matter expert and mentor to less experienced team members and resolves issues and navigates obstacles to deliver results.
We offer a flexible work environment that requires an individual to be in the office 4 days per week. This position can be based in the following location: San Antonio, TX.

The salary range for this position is: $127,310.00 - $229,160.00.
