Job Description

BuDhaGirl is hiring an Ecommerce Experience Specialist to take the lead on keeping our Shopify site high-performing and customer-ready. This is more than a backend support role—we’re looking for someone who can manage day-to-day execution, own site health, and bring a proactive mindset to product launches, digital merchandising, and platform experience.

This is a great opportunity for someone ready to grow into a larger digital role. You’ll be embedded in a cross-functional team with real ownership and visibility.

What You’ll Do

  • Own Shopify updates, including product page builds, navigation, tagging, and merchandising
  • Upload and QA all new product launches and bundles
  • Support homepage refreshes and seasonal merchandising updates
  • Monitor site health and flag UX or performance issues proactively
  • Coordinate with marketing and brand teams on launch timing and creative execution
  • Assist with reporting on site KPIs like conversion, bounce rate, and AOV

What You Bring

  • At least 1–3 years of experience working in Shopify or similar eComm platforms
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage deadlines across multiple teams
  • Understanding of what makes an eComm site easy to shop and conversion-friendly
  • Basic comfort with reporting or pulling data around site performance
  • Bonus: Experience with Klaviyo, Canva, Figma, or GA4

Location & Culture

This is a full-time, in-office role based in Dallas, TX.

We’re a close-knit, creative team building something meaningful and modern. The pace is quick, the expectations are high, and the opportunity to grow is real.

Growth Potential

We're looking for someone who wants to build into a larger digital role over time. The right person will have real ownership, visibility, and opportunity to grow within the business.
