💼 What You’ll DoAssist with planning and executing charity events, fundraisers, and community outreach programs
Support event logistics including setup, registration, volunteer coordination, and onsite management
Engage directly with donors, supporters, and community members to raise awareness and encourage participation
Manage event materials, supplies, and communications to ensure smooth operations
Track and update donor data, assist with reporting, and support follow-up activities
Collaborate with nonprofit partners and internal teams to ensure successful event outcomes
Participate in team meetings and training sessions to build your skills and knowledge
Passion for nonprofit work, community service, and social impact
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in fast-paced settings
Friendly, approachable, and confident engaging face-to-face
Eager to learn and contribute positively in a team environment
Must be 18+ and authorized to work in the U.S.
Previous event experience is a plus but not required
Paid training and mentorship in nonprofit event management and fundraising best practices
