General Manager Key Responsibilities:

• Staff Management: Recruiting, hiring, training, scheduling, and managing all restaurant staff. 
• Operational Excellence: Managing daily operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service, maintaining high standards of food quality and customer service. 
• Financial Management: Managing budgets, controlling costs, analyzing financial data, and ensuring profitability. 
• Customer Satisfaction: Addressing customer concerns, ensuring a positive dining experience, and implementing strategies for customer retention. 
• Compliance and Safety: Ensuring adherence to all health, safety, and sanitation regulations. 
• Strategic Planning: Setting business goals, developing marketing strategies, and implementing plans for growth and improvement. 
• Inventory and Ordering: Managing inventory, ordering supplies, and controlling food costs. 
• Vendor Relations: Managing relationships with food suppliers and other vendors. 
• Problem Solving: Addressing issues, conflicts, and challenges within the restaurant. 
• Delegation and Team Leadership: Effectively delegating tasks, motivating staff, and fostering a positive team environment.
