Responsibilities:

• Provide daily administrative support to executives and staff
• Perform general office duties such as answering phones, handling correspondence, scanning, and filing
• Maintain and update client databases and internal records accurately
• Assist in preparing and mailing client communications and materials
• Support scheduling and calendar management for meetings and calls

Experience Needed:

• 2-5 year’s experience as an Executive Assistant or Administrative Support type role required
• Bachelor's Degree preferred
• Detail-Oriented
• Accuracy matters in data entry, scheduling, and client communications. This person should naturally notice the little things others might miss.
• Highly Organized

Day in the Life:

• In office
• $50,000 - $60,000
• Health Benefits / PTO
