Graphic and Web Designer for Ironsail Solutions full time

We are looking for a skilled Graphic & Web Designer to create visually compelling designs for both digital and print media, as well as design and maintain websites that enhance user experience and engagement. The ideal candidate has a strong design portfolio, proficiency in industry-standard tools, and a keen eye for aesthetics and usability.

• Create high-quality graphics, illustrations, logos, and marketing materials (brochures, social media assets, email templates, presentations, guides, etc.).
• Design and develop visually appealing websites, landing pages, and UI/UX elements.
• Ensure brand consistency across all design projects.
• Collaborate with marketing and development teams to produce engaging digital content.
• Optimize website performance, usability, and responsiveness.
• Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies.
• Proven experience in graphic design and website design, with a strong portfolio.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, XD) and Canva , as well as web design tools like Figma & Sketch .
• Understanding of UI/UX principles and best practices.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Experience in motion graphics and video editing is a plus.

Familiarity with SEO best practices for web design is preferred.

Knowledge of branding and marketing design strategies is a plus.
