💼 What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll be the behind-the-scenes hero ensuring everything runs smoothly—from document validation to third-party coordination. Your work helps drive efficiency, accuracy, and customer satisfaction.

• Perform routine data entry and validation
• Initiate third-party orders (title, appraisal, credit, flood certs, etc.)
• Review and validate loan documents
• Respond to calls, emails, and chats with professionalism and care
• Monitor work queues and jump in when needed
• Collaborate across teams to keep things moving
• Uphold company values and contribute to a positive culture
• Take on other duties as needed—flexibility is key!

🧠 What You Bring

We’re looking for someone sharp, reliable, and ready to grow.

• 1–3 years of experience in mortgage operations or financial services
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field (new grads welcome!)
• Associate’s degree or equivalent work experience also accepted
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Familiarity with federal, state, and local regulations
• Strong attention to detail and a team-first mindset

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $22.00/hr.

Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job
classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be
