HVAC Service Operations Manager

Full-Time | Knoxville, TN | $75,000–$90,000/year

Standard Air Conditioning is looking for a skilled and motivated HVAC Service Operations Manager to lead our high-performing service team in Knoxville, TN. WHAT YOU'LL DO EACH DAY:

• Start with Strategy
• Review the day's service schedule, ensure techs are prepped, and confirm that each job is fully loaded for success.

• Coach & Communicate
• Conduct team check-ins, provide in-the-moment feedback, and reinforce the importance of following service steps and presenting customer options.

• Drive Performance
• Track field progress, monitor profitability, and ensure each call meets our standards of service excellence.

• Solve & Support
• Oversee real-time dispatching, manage incoming service requests, and find ways to improve efficiency without sacrificing quality.

• Wrap with Results
• Reflect on the day's wins, team progress, and areas for improvement; always working to build a tighter, stronger, more motivated service crew.

You're a great match if you:

• Have 5+ years of team leadership experience
• Have 5+ years managing HVAC service operations (preferred)
• Know how to optimize workflows, coach technicians, and drive performance
• Thrive in a fast-moving, service-first environment
• Proven experience in achieving revenue targets and overseeing departmental profit and loss (P&L) responsibilities.

Pay:

• $75,000–$90,000 per year

Schedule:

• Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM
