The Auto Club Group is seeking a Field Insurance Agent I responsible for the sale and service of ACG branded and brokered insurance products, memberships, and financial products within an ACG branch. Responsibilities include using sales techniques and product knowledge to identify customer-specific needs to generate new sales, retain existing insureds, and grow ACG’s insurance book of business; overcoming objections to close sales and retain insureds; meeting or exceeding sales targets; conducting insurance reviews to identify suitable products; participating in local branch events to solicit new business; building customer rapport; responding to customer inquiries; and referring members to other lines of business. The role requires current Property & Casualty Insurance Sales license, Life Insurance Sales license or obtaining it within 90 days, and other applicable state licenses. Candidates should have 1+ year customer-facing experience, strong sales and prospecting skills, excellent communication, ambition, and knowledge of CRM and Microsoft Office. Work environment is temperature-controlled branch location with possible irregular hours and weekend work.
