OHARADAVIES-GAETANOINTERIORS,aworld-classhigh-enddesignfirm,seeksanefficient,detail-oriented,diligentSeniorInteriorDesignerwith12+yearsofdesignfirmexperiencetoleadourProjectManagersandJuniorDesignersonluxuryresidentialinteriordesignprojectsinFlatheadCounty,Montana.

MustbelocatedinMontana.

KeyResponsibilities:

• Fullownershipandaccountabilityforinteriordesignprojects,ensuringeverydetailisexecutedtothehigheststandardandalldeadlinesareconsistentlymet.
• Preparationandmanagementofclientpresentations,excludingproductselection,althoughyoumayhaveinputdependinguponyourstyle
• Residentialspaceplanning
• Newproductandmaterialsourcing--furniture,accessories,lighting,windowtreatments,paintcolors,etc.
• Productpricing
• Assistinpreparingcomprehensiveprojectdocumentation,includingfulldrawingsetsubmissions,specificationwriting,schedules,andconstructionadministrationtasks
• Completeaccountabilityforallpurchasingtoinclude:
• Reviewallorderstoensuremerchandiseisorderedcorrectlytoclientspecifications
• Ensureallelementsofcustomproductarecorrect,includingmeasurements,hardware,finish,typeofwood,etc.
• Followupwiththeexpeditertoensureordersfromvendorsarereceivedcorrectlyandontime
• ProcessRMA'sandconfirmcredittoaccount
• Demonstratesexcellentcommunicationandinterpersonalskills,withaflexibleandproactiveattitudetosupporttheevolvingneedsofthedesignteam
• Manageandmotivatedesignassistantand/orinterns
• Coordinatewithandmanagecontractors
• Coordinateandmanagedeliveriesandinstallations
• Coordinateclientaccountbalancesandpaymentsonaccount
• Collectfundsfromclientsandmaintainbudgets
• Interfacewithwarehouseandmerchandisingpersonneltoensuretimelydeliveryandinstallation
• Willingtotravel(domestic)

ASeniorProjectManagermustexcelinclientrelations,providingexceptionalfollow-upbyconsistentlyupdatingclientsonprojectprogressandcoordinatingalldeliveriesandinstallationsaccordingtotheirschedules.Mustremainhighlyresponsiveavailabletoclients,vendors,andcontractorsatalltimes.Thisincludesaccommodatingtimezonedifferencesandbeingaccessible.

• 4-yeardegreeorequivalentexperience

Experience:

• 12+years'experienceininteriordesign
• Residentialdesignandspaceplanningexpertise

TechnicalSkills:

• ProficientinAutoCAD(preferred)
• FamiliarwithStudioDesigner(orsimilar)andMicrosoftOffice
• Asana(aplus)

DesignSkills:

• Abilitytosketchandspaceplanningabilities

Communication:

• Excellentverbal,written,andnegotiationskills
• Professionalinaddressinginquiriesandconcerns

Organization:

• Managesmultipleprojectsinafast-pacedenvironment
• Highattentiontodetailinordersanddocumentation
