Job Description StretchLab Park City is seeking personal trainers, massage therapists, and dance/yoga/Pilates instructors to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity to gain experience in a new modality that is revolutionizing the fitness industry. StretchLab is the industry leader in offering one-on-one assisted stretching. We have a team of experts certified in fields such as physical therapy, chiropractic medicine, yoga, Pilates, and more. Our proprietary flexologist training ensures clients receive world-class stretching sessions. Our Flexologists provide one-on-one assisted stretches and lead guided group stretching classes for clients. Essential Duties & Responsibilities: Deliver personalized assisted stretch sessions Build and retain StretchLab membership Ensure client safety by applying proper stretch techniques and enforcing policies Participate in staff meetings and educational sessions Address member concerns when necessary Assist with studio tours and sales as needed Maintain an active social media presence to engage clients and promote retention Keep equipment clean and well-maintained for client use Qualifications: Passion for boutique fitness, stretching, mobility, and flexibility Certification in a relevant field (required): Massage Therapist Personal Trainer Physical Therapist Pilates or Yoga Instructor Dance Instructor Ability to create a welcoming, positive environment for all clients Strong communication skills Passion for helping clients achieve their goals Professional work ethic, reliability, and adherence to attendance policies Willingness to complete our 3-day Flexologist Training Program, including 20 hours of online tutorials and 3 days of hands-on training (training paid) #J-18808-Ljbffr StretchLab Park City
