We’re seeking a dynamic, creative, and data-driven Marketing Manager who understands the restaurant industry and knows how to make campaigns that resonate. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves food, and knows how to turn ideas into results.

• Campaign Strategy & Execution Collaborate with our advertising agency to develop and execute marketing campaigns that drive traffic and increase sales across all locations.
• Loyalty Program Management Oversee the strategy, implementation, and performance of our customer loyalty program. Ensure it aligns with brand goals, drives repeat visits, and delivers measurable ROI.
• Performance Analytics Monitor and analyze campaign and loyalty program performance using KPIs such as ROI, foot traffic, engagement, and conversion rates. Use insights to optimize future efforts.
• Social Media Management Oversee content strategy and posting schedules for all social media platforms. Ensure brand consistency and engagement across channels.
• Creative Oversight Approve artwork and messaging for all marketing materials including digital ads, print collateral, gift cards, window clings, signage, and more.
• Brand Stewardship Maintain and evolve brand identity across all touchpoints, ensuring alignment with company values and customer expectations.
• Local Store Marketing Support Partner with store managers to support local promotions, events, and community engagement efforts.
• Trend Monitoring Stay current on restaurant marketing trends, competitor activity, and emerging platforms to keep our brand fresh and relevant.

• Proven experience in restaurant marketing or hospitality marketing (multi-location experience preferred)
• Strong understanding of advertising platforms (Google, Meta, TikTok, etc.)
• Experience managing loyalty or rewards programs
• Proficiency in campaign analytics and performance tracking tools
• Excellent communication and project management skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
• Familiarity with design tools or working with creative teams/agencies

• Experience with CRM platforms or customer segmentation
• Photography or content creation skills
• Event planning or community outreach experience
