Position Specific Description Physical Trader - Natural Gas / South Region Job Overview Job Duties & Responsibilities Monitors market conditions and analyzes transactions to help in identifying and executing energy trades Ensures transaction terms are beneficial to the organization and meet risk guidelines Optimizes economics to assure minimum energy supply costs and maximizes profits for generation portfolio Determines generation requirements and coordinates fuel procurement to meet obligations Coaches junior traders Performs other job-related duties as assigned Required Qualifications High School Grad / GED Bachelor's Degree Experience:1+ years Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's - Business Administration Gas Trading Oil Trading Unit Commitment Wholesale Services NextEra Energy offers a wide range of benefits to support our employees and their eligible family members.
