What You'll Be Doing:
Traveling and Connecting: You'll provide support to a variety of branch locations in Santa Fe and Española, filling in where needed.
Using Your Spanish Skills: You'll use your bilingual abilities to communicate with and assist Spanish-speaking customers.
Adapting and Thriving: You'll be flexible and adaptable, handling changing priorities and new environments with ease.
Building Relationships: You'll build genuine connections and help customers with their financial needs.
Providing Financial Solutions: You'll assist customers with opening accounts, processing requests, and offering financial products and services.

Working as a Team: You'll collaborate with branch teams to provide excellent service.
Introducing Digital Tools: You'll show customers how to use digital banking options.
Helping with loan products: You will assist customers with information and applications.

What We're Looking For:
At least 6 months of experience interacting with customers (through work, training, or education).
Bilingual speaking and listening proficiency in Spanish/English (you'll need to pass a language assessment).
A genuine passion for providing excellent customer service.
Strong communication and people skills.
The ability to adapt to changing environments.
Comfort with technology and a willingness to learn.
Ability to travel 100% of the time within the district.
Ability to commute to assigned locations.
Ability to work Saturdays.
Ability to handle cash transactions, and balance a cash drawer.
Ability to follow rules and regulations.

Experience reaching out to customers by phone or email.
Experience teaching customers about technology.

Experience identifying fraud.
Important Details:
This position requires SAFE registration, and we'll assist you with that.
A background check and credit check will be required.
This position involves 100% travel within the Santa Fe and Española, NM areas.
This job profile is eligible for a 10% pay differential.
