About the Company : We are looking for a strategic and results-driven Plant Operations Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of our client's life sciences manufacturing facility. This role is responsible for ensuring efficient production, regulatory compliance, quality assurance, and continuous improvement initiatives in a GMP-regulated environment. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership capabilities, operational expertise, and a deep understanding of manufacturing processes in the pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical device industries.

About the Role : The Plant Operations Manager will oversee all aspects of plant operations, ensuring that production runs smoothly and meets all regulatory and quality standards.

Responsibilities :

• Oversee all plant operations, including production, maintenance, quality, and supply chain activities
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory and quality standards (e.g., FDA, EMA, ISO, GMP)
• Drive operational efficiency, safety, and cost-effectiveness across departments
• Lead and develop cross-functional teams to meet production targets and quality goals
• Implement continuous improvement strategies to enhance productivity and reduce waste
• Collaborate with corporate leadership on strategic planning and capital projects

Qualifications :

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Life Sciences, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
• 7+ years of experience in plant operations management within the life sciences sector
• Strong knowledge of GMP, regulatory requirements, and quality systems
• Proven leadership and change management skills
• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving abilities
