Job Title: Pilot Plant Technician

Location: Louisville, CO(100% Onsite)

Duration: 12-Month Contract

Work Schedule: Monday – Thursday, 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Some flexibility)

Pay Rate: $25.45/hour (W2)

Overview:

We are seeking a Pilot Plant Technician to support research and development activities in a pilot-scale manufacturing environment. This position is ideal for candidates with hands-on experience in manufacturing or industrial plant operations, particularly within the food and beverage or manufacturing industry .

This role will contribute to the development and enhancement of products, packaging, and processes by operating specialized equipment, conducting trials, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot all pilot plant equipment.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment.
• Ensure adherence to all safety protocols, GMPs, and operational procedures.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute pilot plant trials.
• Effectively prioritize tasks within a dynamic production schedule.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in food and beverage manufacturing operations .
• Bachelor’s degree (B.S. or B.A.) from a four-year accredited institution, or equivalent relevant industry experience.
• Strong mechanical aptitude with a focus on safety and operational excellence.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
