Production Supervisor Assistant $ 2,200 WEEKLY

Key Requirements:

• Must have experience in supervisory or leadership experience required in a fabrication or industrial manufacturing environment, preferably involving heavy fabrication or refinery equipment (tube sheets, heat exchangers, etc.)
• Strong leadership skills with a focus on coaching, training, and supporting production staff to ensure skill development and task accuracy.
• Strong knowledge of fabrication processes, including layout, welding, fit-up, and material handling; familiarity with welding processes such as TIG, MIG or Stick.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and job specifications.
• Excellent organizational skills and communication skills.
• Basic computer skills for timekeeping, job tracking, or production software; familiarity with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word) preferred.
• Knowledge of safety procedures and compliance in a shop setting.

Shifts:

• Monday-friday
• 0700-3:30 PM or 4:30 PM
  • Weekends & Overtime: as needed basis
