CapitolHill Consortium for Counseling & Consultation LLC (CCCC) is seeking part-time licensed therapists with experience providing therapy to children, adolescents, families, and/or couples . We offer in-person and telehealth services across the DMV area and are committed to delivering accessible, high-quality, and culturally responsive care in a collaborative and inclusive environment. You'll have the opportunity to work with a varied and enriching caseload aligned to your specialties. Low Administrative Burden Our skilled support team handles all scheduling, billing, credentialing, and insurance processing , so you can focus on your clients. We also manage an active waitlist to help fill your caseload quickly and consistently. Professional Growth & Support Weekly peer consultation and supervision opportunities Opportunities to supervise early-career clinicians and trainees Participation in CCCC-led workshops, trainings, or school-based services (optional) Ideal Candidates Licensed in DC, MD, or VA (e.g., LCSW-C, LICSW, LCPC, LPC, LMFT, Psychologist) Experience working with children, adolescents, families, or couples Comfortable providing telehealth and/or in-person care Available for after-school hours, evenings, or weekends Strong commitment to equity, cultural responsiveness, and compassionate care Included Services Full Service Administrative Support Including: Dedicated Clinical Patient Care Coordinator (CPCC) Dedicated Billing Specialists for Client and Insurance Collections Credentialing Specialist Office space as available and/or telehealth platform to practice Clients, as available Use of common space within the office Routine supplies Use of office equipment Routine receptionist services Routine appointment scheduling Initial insurance authorization management Contracting and liaison with insurance, public & private organizations Filing and Electronic Health Record assistance Other usual and customary office supports How to Apply To express interest, please send your resume and a short cover letter highlighting your experience with children, families, or couples to: [Insert contact email or application link] CapitolHill Consortium for Counseling & Consultation LLC is deeply committed to equity and inclusivity.
