Job Description

Responsible for day-to-day management of revenue processing, analysis and reporting. Assists revenue/financial analysts with complex analyses and reporting. Develops policies and procedures to ensure efficient and accurate work while also being compliant with regulatory requirements. Does this position require Patient Care? N Essential Functions Execute revenue policies, procedures and strategies by aligning day-to-day practices with overarching revenue goals.

• Recruit, train and evaluate the performance of revenue team members in accordance with MGB core values and leadership training.
• Develop and implement reporting, analysis and forecasting models.
• Plans and prepares monthly revenue reports for review.
• Work closely with key stakeholders to identify opportunities to improve revenue.
• Ensure compliance with internal and external policies, procedures and regulations.

• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g. Excel, SQL).
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and make decisions under pressure.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
