Safety Manager

We are looking for a highly motivated safety manager with general contracting experience. We are one of the largest general contractors in the Southeast, and consider our reputation our number one asset. What you will be doing:

• The Safety Manager is responsible for the management, coordination and successful completion of safety requirements on their assigned project.
• You will assume a leadership role for all staff members on site as well as subcontractor partners in leading these teams to safely construct their project and improve the workforce's attitude towards behaving in a safe manner both on and off the job. 
• The Safety Manager will develop and conduct site specific orientation training programs and implement those programs for all onsite staff and subcontractors.
• Are responsible for conducting and documenting weekly safety inspections on the project site(s).

What you need for this position: 

• 3+ years of safety manager with general contracting experience.
• Bachelors degree in construction management or related field
