Base pay range $160,000.00/yr - $180,000.00/yr Responsibilities Lead planning, directing, and monitoring all aspects of aviation projects as a key leader within Jacobs Aviation team, relying on your expertise, intuition, and leadership. Be considered an expert within our Aviation discipline and grow professionally with us as we tackle projects with a high degree of technical complexity from concept through detailed design and construction services. Lead the growth of the Boston aviation practice with the backing of our extensive New England Aviation staff, delivering planning, design, program and construction management projects. Connect with clients and support proposals, helping to advance our business development strategy. Qualifications Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering Substantial professional years experience on aviation projects Professional Engineer License (P.E.) Experience as a team and project delivery leader functioning as a design manager and/or project manager on large aviation projects. Aviation projects include landside, airside, and terminal related programs Demonstrated experience working on successful projects with public agencies including Massport and/or the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey (PANYNJ) A Mentality of Building, Coaching, and Mentoring project team Strong focus on quality and ability to maintain and grow client relationships Demonstrated ability to organize and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, matrixed environment Role details Seniority level: Not Applicable Employment type: Full-time Job function: Project Management and Information Technology Industries: Civil Engineering, Design Services, and IT Services and IT Consulting Benefits and work policy Our health and welfare benefits are designed to invest in you, and in the things you care about.
