Senior Manufacturing Manager – Dental Manufacturing Expertise Required

???? Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM (Flexibility Required)

???? About the Role:

As a Senior Manufacturing Manager , you will oversee daily operations in our high-volume, low-automation manufacturing environment. You’ll lead a team of skilled professionals to ensure the production of high-quality dental products while driving efficiency, safety, and continuous improvement.

???? Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage manufacturing operations to meet production goals and quality standards.
• Ensure compliance with dental industry regulations and ISO 13485 standards.
• Mentor, coach and develop team leaders and frontline staff to build high-performing teams.
• Drive Lean Manufacturing initiatives and continuous process improvements.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to support company-wide operational goals.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and compliant work environment.

✅ What We’re Looking For:

• 10+ years of manufacturing experience, including 5+ years in the dental industry.
• 7+ years of leadership experience in a light manufacturing or assembly environment.
• Bachelor's degree in a technical, manufacturing, or related field required, or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
• Deep knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, cGMP, and medical device regulations.
• Proven success in managing multi-shift operations and cross-functional teams.
• Strong communication, coaching, and problem-solving skills.

???? Preferred Experience:

• Familiarity with 21 CFR Part 820, CMDR, MDR, and other global dental/medical regulations.
• Experience developing and enforcing SOPs and Work Instructions.
• Subject matter expertise for internal and external audits.
