A Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) at IEP Therapy provides speech and communication therapy to students, conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to support individual educational goals. The role involves ongoing evaluation, consultation with families and educators, data documentation, and potential supervision of Speech Language Pathologist Assistants.
