Base pay range

$200,000.00/yr - $300,000.00/yr

Responsibilities

A Kforce client located in the Boston, MA area is seeking a strategic and hands-on VP of Finance (FPA). This role partners directly with the CFO and executive team to drive financial clarity and discipline across the organization. Duties:

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning
• Deliver board-ready reports and investor materials
• Develop KPIs and optimize performance
• Support M&A and growth initiatives
• Build scalable financial processes and analytics
• Manage and mentor a high-performing finance team

Requirements

• 8+ years in finance, 5+ in leadership
• SaaS/fintech experience with strong FP&A foundation
• Skilled in financial modeling and systems (e.g., Adaptive Planning)
• Clear communicator with board-level polish
• Strategic thinker with tactical execution skills

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
