Job Summary:

As a Recruiting Delivery Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting our recruitment management processes and assisting the recruitment team with the efficient delivery of talent to clients. You will work closely with recruiters, candidates, and hiring managers to ensure smooth coordination throughout the recruitment lifecycle. This position requires strong organizational skills, an understanding of the IT staffing industry, and the ability to communicate effectively with both internal teams and external clients. Looking for at least 5 years of experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment Coordination:
  • Support the recruitment team by managing the scheduling and logistics of interviews, ensuring smooth communication between candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers.
  • Assist with the preparation and distribution of job descriptions, job postings, and candidate communications.
  • Maintain an up-to-date recruitment tracker for all open positions, interview statuses, and candidate pipelines.
  • Candidate Engagement:
  • Outreach to schedule interviews.
  • Act as the point of contact for candidates throughout the interview process, ensuring they are prepared and informed.
  • Track and manage candidate feedback and progress to ensure timely responses.
  • Technical Qualification Screening:
  • Ensure that all candidates undergo a thorough technical qualification screening process.
  • Work with technical recruiters or hiring managers to assess candidates’ technical skills and ensure they meet the required criteria for each role.
  • Score and document candidate assessments to ensure the best technical fit for the role.
  • Client & Stakeholder Management:
  • Liaise with internal recruiters, account managers, and clients to provide regular updates on recruitment progress.
  • Assist in the preparation of recruitment reports, presentations, and status updates for client meetings.
  • Onboarding Support:
  • Coordinate candidate offer letters, background checks, and any required documentation for new hires.
  • Collaborate with HR and hiring managers to ensure smooth onboarding processes for placed candidates.
  • Background Checks & Compliance:
  • Ensure that background checks, identity management checks, and reference verifications are completed for all candidates.
  • Ensure Identity Check are completed , acceptable and completed within the company Process
  • Review the results of background checks and references, ensuring that they meet the company's standards and policies for acceptability.
  • Maintain a thorough record of background check results and escalate any concerns to the recruitment or HR team as necessary

Applicant Tracking System Data

Ensure all resumes in final form are in the candidate record

Ensure all Identity checks are attached to the client file

Ensure all workflow items have been completed (recruiter interview, interviews, rejection, etc.)

  • Skills & Abilities:
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to work effectively with internal teams, candidates, and clients.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
  • Detail-oriented and proactive with a focus on process efficiency and delivering high-quality results.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and handle changing priorities.
