We are pleased to offer you a sign-on bonus of $1,500.00 This bonus will be paid in two payments. The first $750.00 on your regularly scheduled pay date after 60-days of active employment with the Company. The second $750.00 on your regularly scheduled pay date after 90-days of active employment.
