TITLE: CONSTRUCTION ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT
ABOUT THE JOB: Apply now! We are seeking an experienced candidate for the role of Construction Administrative Assistant for a construction company in the Central Valley. You will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Preconstruction Services Department in the early phases of project acquisition and hold a highly supportive role within the department to keep them on schedule and organized. You will assist the Business Development Team with setting up new projects, distributing documents, saving information, and maintaining accurate records. You will provide bid assistance, contract support, handle report generation, data entry and other administrative duties all while maintaining safety as a top priority.

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:
• Minimum 3 years of experience in an Administrative Support role, ideally within a construction environment.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and construction-based software.
• Strong analytical, organizational, time management skills and problem-solving skills
• Perform well under deadlines and can manage multiple responsibilities in a fast- paced environment.
• Possess and conduct work with the highest ethical standards
• Ability to enter data accurately and efficiently into computer software and systems
• Ability to emphasize safety as a top priority
• Good verbal and written communication skills
