Our Product Associate Rotation Program is the place for career oriented Product talent to grow their careers. The program’s mission is to accelerate the professional development of Early Career Product Development and Product Success professionals through hands-on exposure to the full product development lifecycle of a luxury furniture brand on the rise. As a full time Product Associate, you will rotate through working on both our Product Development function and Product Success functions over time. After 2 years, team members will be placed in a more specialized role based on performance, strengths, and interests demonstrated over the previous years.
Our ideal candidate is invested in innovation, creativity, documentation and process improvement. They enjoy contributing to a product’s development from design conceptualization through production, building structure as they go, and thriving in collaborative environments.
